The Group will meet on a quarterly basis at a pre-defined location. Any member of the Group who wishes to invite another party outside of the core membership (be it an organisation or an individual) to the next meeting can do so long as the authority of the Chair has been obtained.
The PFD Group will report to the pan Dorset Community Safety & Criminal Justice Board (CSCJB). This Group will be responsible for setting and reviewing the strategic direction of PFD as well as setting specific performance targets for PFD.
There is a set Agenda for each PFD meeting which includes the Actions from the previous meeting, an analysis of current trends/patterns in hate incidents/crimes, identification of good-practice, an assessment of performance against pre-set performance indicators and opportunities for press/social media initiatives as well as forthcoming events.
